Molchanova Construction Web: Offshore, Politics and Villas for Millions

The capital developer Stolitsa Group, which stands for such projects as LCD "Warsaw Quarter", Retroville shopping center and Lipinka LCD is not just a construction company. Behind it is a complex network of legal entities, offshore and partnerships that reach Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Slovakia and closely intertwined with Ukrainian politicians and developers.

Today, the capital of Group formally owns the son of the famous businesswoman Vladislav Molchanova - Ivan, three Lithuanian businessmen and the Cypriot company Elakol Developments Ltd. The same structure controls the British Stolitsa Group London Ltd Sticktop Ltd in July 2024 .

Cyprus Elakol Developments , registered in 2008 and headed by Tral, is a chief shareholder and appears in a number of related companies. In particular, it owns alliance 1903 Ltd in the United Kingdom, created after the start of a full -scale invasion. Its leadership included Ivan Molchany, Lithuanian Marina Poznyakova, Agni Ruzgiene and Raymondas Tumenas.

Later, the company was joined by Armiks DK Estate Ltd - a structure on the sphere of influence of the scandalous exclusive "Kyivmiskbud" Igor Kushnir. The Cyprus branch of his business is headed by Yulia Yasina, who runs Koksi Holding Ltd - a villa is decorated on a duty coast worth 20 million euros.

Another thread is the Slovak company Fibis SRO , founded by Vladislav Molchanova and her former husband Oleg. Despite divorce, the couple still manages the company together. In 2022, the co -founders were added Aksioma Collective Aif Vcic Ltd , another Cypriot firm associated with both Molchanova and Kushnir.

The financial performance of companies indicates an active activity: Alliance 1903 Ltd alone in 2023 had more than £ 1 million.

Also interesting is the address attachment: Elakol Developments is registered in one office with Nambel Holdings Ltd , which is also headed by Tral. This structure is directly related to the Kyiv developer "Reading-Bud", where Christina Obukhovskaya-the sister of the Kyiv City Council deputy Denis Moskal plays a key role. Moskal, in turn, is a partner of Molchanova and a representative of the Motherland, a party she financially supports. And in the past, he was an assistant Andrei Portnov - Yanukovych's associate, who has his own business in Slovakia, as well as Molchanov with his ex -husband.

This club of connected persons from the builder, political and offshore world demonstrates not only the branching of Molchanova's business structures, but also a systematic approach to influence in Kiev, EU and offshore, where millions are spinning.
