The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers adopted a decision that may have a significant impact on the country's public sector. According to the new decree, which was signed on June 21, the government banned the mobilization of all employees of 133 non-governmental organizations financed by foreign grants. This step was justified by the recognition of these organizations as "critically important".
These are both representations of Western organizations and Ukrainian ones. Many of them are engaged in the study of elections and public opinion at the expense of the West.
This became possible thanks to the government resolution No. 650 dated June 5, according to which up to 100% of the armor can be received by grant project executors regardless of their field of activity.
