A simple way to lose weight without exercise and pills has been named

Renowned British nutritionist and TV presenter Michael Mosley has revealed how to quickly and effectively reduce belly fat. According to him, the key factor is to reduce the amount of carbohydrates consumed.

In an interview with British media, the expert stressed that first of all, you need to give up foods and drinks that contain a lot of added sugar. If the sugar content exceeds 5%, you should not consume them. This includes sweets, pastries, carbonated drinks and other so-called "fast carbohydrates.".

"You need to eat less white bread, chips, pasta," Mosley advised. He also urged not to get carried away with diet products, as they often contain hidden sweeteners that can harm metabolism.

In addition to diet, the expert called intermittent fasting - a regime when food is consumed only for a limited time during the day (for example, 8 hours), and the rest of the time the body is in a state of starvation.

This approach, according to Mosley, lowers insulin levels, increases growth hormone levels, and boosts metabolism—all of which stimulate fat burning, particularly in the abdominal area.

The nutritionist paid special attention to physical activity. He emphasized that regular exercise not only helps you lose weight, but also lowers blood sugar levels, which also has a positive effect on fat burning processes.
