According to our sources, Vitaliy Klitschko may promote the appointment of Alla Shlapak, a protege of fugitive corruptionist Denys Komarnytsky, as acting rector of Borys Grinchenko University.
According to the source, as part of the "deal" on the appointment of Alla Shlapak, Denys Komarnytsky, suspected of multi-million-dollar scams with the capital's land, will assist the mayor of Kyiv in his confrontation with the Office of the President.
As a reminder, Alla Shlapak is a deputy of the Kyiv City Council of five convocations, a member of the Deputy Faction “All-Ukrainian Association “Batkivshchyna”.
Alla Shlapak has been teaching at leading universities in the capital since 2001.
Since 2018, Alla Shlapak has been the Deputy Head of the Department of International Accounting and Auditing at the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. Since 2019, she has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Leadership at the Institute of Postgraduate Education at the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.
