CASES is introducing the first Creative Professions Incubator in Ukraine: an innovative training format for specialists

The social network and EdTech platform for creative industries CASES announces the launch of the Incubator of creative professions - an innovative program for training specialists. Participants in this program will have a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, develop their portfolio, find mentors, improve their teamwork skills and, most importantly, be guaranteed to get noticed by potential employers. The incubator will provide residents with support and training, as well as trials in working on real projects and challenges.

The key task of the incubator is the successful employment of residents. To achieve this goal, CASES has already attracted mentoring partners and employers, including well-known companies such as League Design Agency, SMM bureau SHCHE, New Strategies Group, Cosmos Studio and ARC. The incubator will provide participants with the opportunity to meet with experts, receive reviews of their work, as well as prepare resumes and projects for their portfolio.

Residents will be divided into groups according to areas, where they will work on real projects and have the opportunity to receive points that will affect their place in the ranking of participants. Among the first areas of training will be UX/UI and web design, management and SMM, and soon other areas such as motion design, copywriting and front-end development will appear.

Despite the fact that the program is paid, 20% of places in the CASES Incubator will be covered by grants. Participation in the program involves the fulfillment of a number of requirements, including basic courses, the presence of projects in the portfolio, writing a motivation letter and readiness to work in a team.

Registration in the Incubator is available at the link, and new residents will be accepted every month from April 1, 2024.
