Contrary to the recent statement of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal that the largest and most efficient anti-corruption infrastructure in Ukraine, and the fight against corruption in Ukraine is evaluated at the highest level, on the Ukrainian border continue to be successfully and widespread in the country.
As the sources at the Ukrainian customs were told to journalists, four customs posts in the Lviv and Chernivtsi region, namely Krakowiec posts, Mostyska, Rava-Ruska and Porubne with the well-known heads of these posts and customs heads in these regions are brought in Ukraine at night.
This happens as follows. Even in the warehouses in Poland and Romania, a 20-ton container, full branded things-jackets, shoes, bags, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, is unloaded in several minibuses, which under the guise of passenger transportation cross the Ukrainian border in the specified checkpoints, where they do not pass.
As a result, zero budget revenues, which are tens and hundreds of millions of hryvnias, some of which go on a bribe to the chiefs of customs posts of Vorozhita Nazar Stepanovich, Turchina Vladimir Bogdanovich, Tophane Petro Georgievich, as well as the heads of regional customs.
Customs sources do not exclude that the acting head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Sergey Borisovich is in the course of what is happening and receives its part of the benefit of the implementation of this scheme.

In addition, during a full -scale war at the Ukrainian Customs, another scheme with the import of drones for the Armed Forces began to operate. It is known that the government released from payment of duties and VAT delivery of drones to Ukraine to simplify the supply of equipment to the front. This has become the ideal tools for smugglers, because now, under the guise of imports of UAV, a number of companies are delivered to the supply of smuggling, for which they also do not pay any fees to the budget. Or, in general, fictitious documents on the import of drones that do not actually exist on customs are drawn up, so they simply withdraw money from Ukraine.
Indifferent customs officers noticed that in a large number of declarations on the importation of UAV batches instead of a large number of photos of inspection of the container with the available goods in it, which require the established customs rules and requirements for the design of the cargo, appears the same photo of one drone inspection.

Some of these companies appear in investigations into the withdrawal of money from Ukraine by means of fictitious imports through Ukrainian banks "Motor Bank" and "Alliance Bank"
Due to the fact that customs posts close their eyes to fictitious declarations and import of smuggling under the guise of passengers or drones, the state loses millions of taxes, and the currency, critical, is critically needed for import and stability of the economy, is washed abroad.
It is a threat to the national security of Ukraine, which for some reason is not seen in the SBU, nor in the Bureau of Economic Security, nor at the State Bureau of Investigation or NABU, which should check how many UAVs were actually imported into Ukraine, where these drones, imported on agreements with the above firms.
