In many units, the number of military specialists is being reduced in order to replenish the ranks of infantry. The reason for this is failed mobilization efforts.
This was written about in the Telegram channel “Sniper Speaks” by Stanislav Bunyatov, a volunteer of the 24th OSHB “Aidar”.
“The brigade commander sets the task above the command, the brigade commander sets the task above the battalion commander, and the battalion commander has nothing left to do but execute,” he wrote.
According to the "Aydar" member, this is happening because of failed mobilization measures.
“Instead of making the army technological, we are trying to compete with a multi-million enemy on the principle: “Meat for meat”. We should not make scapegoats for the dismissal of junior commanders and forget about those who are higher up,” Bunyatov added.
Yuriy Butusov previously wrote about this problem. He wrote about how two prominent drone from the 74th reconnaissance battalion were thrown into an assault with machine guns and died in battle. Butusov asked the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine , Valery Zaluzhny, to pay attention to the situation. He left a comment under his post: “++.”
