A woman died, buildings and cars were damaged in Odesa due to a Russian attack

On the night of September 26, Russian troops launched a missile and drone attack on Odesa region, resulting in the death of a 62-year-old woman. This was announced by Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

Kiper noted that the air defense forces worked with extreme intensity, destroying most of the enemy targets. However, a rocket attack in Odesa district led to the tragic death of a civilian. "Sincere condolences to relatives and friends," he expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased.

In addition, as a result of the attack, several buildings and vehicles were damaged, and dry grass caught fire, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers.

Regarding the drone attack, which took place early in the morning, Kiper noted that there were no casualties or significant infrastructure damage.
