In Ivano-Frankivsk, during the patrol, a man of conscript age resisted representatives of the Tax Code and the police and bit the serviceman for the wounded leg. About it reports the Ivano-Frankivsk Center of Acquisition and Social Support.
The incident happened on April 9 during a joint patrol of military and police. As part of the planned inspection, 36-year-old Alexei S. was stopped, who, as it turned out, is a resident of Kherson region.
At a legitimate requirement to present military accounting documents, the man responded aggressively-began to resist physical resistance. According to the Tax Code, he bit the military for a leg that was previously injured during the fighting.
After that, the man tried to escape and resisted police officers. It was detained and taken to the district territorial center of acquisition and social support for the passing of the Military Medical Commission.
It turned out that the detainee arrived in Ivano-Frankivsk from the Kherson region, but did not on military registration at a new place of residence and did not have any military accounting document.
The Tax Code reminded that according to the legislation of Ukraine, the change of place of residence requires the CCC and JV and registration.
At the Center of Acquisition stressed that the actions of the serviceman who used the force during the detention were legitimate and corresponded to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine". Cases of attack or physical resistance include the right to self -defense and the use of special means.
