From February 14, 2025, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 163, the amendments to the procedure for implementing the experimental project on automatic verification and verification of information about conscripts, servicemen and reservists. These changes are aimed at simplifying the process of taking male citizens aged 25 to 60 years on military accounting, as well as improving the automated system of interaction between state bodies.
According to the new rules, the State Migration Service (LCA) will transfer the Ministry of Defense to the list of information about citizens who have applied to the separate units for the issuance of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a passport for traveling abroad and not received them until April 24, 2024. The information will be transmitted in automatic mode and will include information about:
- Dumpty face image;
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
- date and place of birth;
- place of residence and place of residence;
- details of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a document for traveling abroad;
- Citizenship information;
- taxpayer registration number;
- information on registration of documents for traveling abroad or permanent residence abroad.
On the basis of this information, the territorial centers of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV) carry out the capture of persons for military accounting and the formation of relevant documents in electronic form without the need to undergo a medical examination.
These changes will also affect young people aged 16 to 25 years, including those who are outside Ukraine. The entry of data in the Unified State Register "Oberig" will be made by electronic interaction with other registers and databases, in particular with the registers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the State Tax Service, Border Service, the Pension Fund and others.
The data on the installation or change of disability group will also be automatically tightened, which will significantly improve the accounting of persons with special needs.
These measures are aimed at optimizing the process of accounting and preparation for mobilization, as well as to ensure transparency and accuracy in the data provided by state bodies.
