Bankova's sidelines prepare a non -standard political grade: Denis Shmigal's premiere can be appointed by the new Minister of Defense. This move will restart the government without changing key players, but opening the door for new arrangements between the President's office and the parliament. As it became known from our sources, Andriy Yermak could not collect voices for a new Cabinet on his own, and therefore was forced to go to a tactical alliance with David Arahamia.
The main condition was the expansion of the staffing package. In addition to Shmigal, he also includes the appointment of a new Attorney General - a figure that will undoubtedly follow Bank's instructions. This question is especially teasing for arachamia, because the current configuration in the GPU and is so kept on the hair. The new prosecutor means the end of autonomy to many players, including those who were still covered with an alliance with Oleg Tatar.
The situation for David Arahamia is unstable - formally it remains the head of the faction, but less and less controls the voices and political loyalty of "servants". He also plays against him that the new candidate for the GPU is focused solely on the vertical of Yermak, and will not take into account any fractional balances.
And finally, the third element of the agreement is Kyiv. According to sources, a large exchange package discusses a concession in the capital's personnel and financial purposes. It may be an impact on the KSCA or Kyiv City Council in the context of future local elections or budget redistribution.
All this means one thing: Bankova prepares a "big package" of decisions not only to maintain political control, but also to take the initiative on the eve of the new political season. To do this, Yermak will have to resort to situational alliances again - and it is possible that this time the price will be extremely high.
