The conscripts may be wanted by territorial staff (TCCs) in the case of failure to appear by the territorial centers of staff (TCC). The only way to get rid of such status is to personally appear in the corresponding shopping center. Riyako & Partners Kateryna Anishchenko told this in a comment to UNIAN
As they get on the wanted
During the martial law, the military conscripts are sent by recommended letters through Ukrposhta. If the addressee does not appear on the document within 30 days, the envelope shall be returned to the CCC with the corresponding mark: "Missing at the address" , "not appeared" , "refusal to receive" . This gives the CCC the reason to initiate the search - by sending a request to the police.
The search is made to the Oberig Register, to which the CCC and police have access. In the "reserve+" application, the status of the person searched by the CCC is displayed by red marking.
How to get rid of the status “in wanted”
According to the lawyer, the only way to remove the status of the search is to appear personally to the shopping center. After turning:
-
a person explains the basis of the search;
-
hand over the report of the summons;
-
draw up a protocol on administrative violation (possible fine for failure);
-
After that, the status of the "wanted" is canceled and the data is updated in the Oberig Register.
If the summons has been sent to a false address (not the one specified in the Register), the person cannot be held accountable and the Tax Code must close the proceedings.
If you are afraid to go to the shopping mall
The lawyer has the right to request the CCC on the grounds of announcement of his client for wanted. This is especially true if the summons has not been received or there are other doubts about the actions of legality.
How to check if you wanted
-
In the application reserve+ - the status of violation of military accounting is denoted by red.
-
In the database of the guard - see the shopping center and police.
According to the current accounting procedure, the search is removed only after personal turnout in the CCC. Only then changes to the database are made.
