As of March 5, 2025, Ukrainians have not yet received the National Cashbek for December and January, although the government promised to make payment by the end of February. The official message "Actions" stated that the funds were already allocated by the government, but it took more time to complete the operations.
According to a report on the official Action page on Telegram, the government has already allocated funds, but the process of payments processing has taken more time than expected. "Payments are processed, and 3.4 million Ukrainians will receive 714 million UAH of cashback for December and January very soon," - the message reads.
As stated in the report, the Ministry of Economy is the coordinator of the National Cashbek program, as well as the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Tax Service, Oschadbank and other authorized banks of Ukraine. Technological partners are international payment systems MasterCard and Visa.
Despite these statements, in the comments to the message on Telegram, Ukrainians express dissatisfaction with the expected to get cashback by the end of February, as it was promised earlier. "I waited and did not have time to buy a book on the promotion," one of the users writes.
How to get a cashback and how to use money
- Buy goods from Ukrainian manufacturers in Cashback stores (a list of goods will be published on the official website of the program "Made in Ukraine").
- Pay a purchase with a bank card for which the data permission was issued.
- Get 10% of the cashback from buying Ukrainian goods to a special account.
Casheke acts on Ukrainian production products involved in the program, except for excise goods (fuel, tobacco, strong alcohol). Cashback also applies to Ukrainian production, wine without alcohol and honey.
