The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) reported 68 spectators and former MPs from 2016 to 2024. According to NABU report, 41 of these beliefs have been announced in the last two years-from 2022 to 2024. The main allegations relate to bribery and abuse of power.
Typical crimes involving people's deputies:
- appropriation, waste or seizure of property through abuse of office;
- bribery;
- misfeasance;
- declaring false information;
- illegal enrichment.

People's Deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is suspected of treason and illegally crossing persons across the border, was entered in the Register of Corruption.
The SAP began proceedings against People's Deputy Roman Kaptelov because of its undeclared real estate in Moscow. The case concerns the residence of the wife and children in the Russian Federation, as well as the income of the wife from the Russian state institution.
On February 14, the court was taken into custody by the People's Deputy Victor Bondar - one of the organizers of seizure of more than UAH 140 million when purchasing cables of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
