In Ukraine, active measures are being taken to update the registration data of conscripts in accordance with the new law on mobilization, which came into force on May 18.
Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko provided important information about the procedure for updating the registration data of conscripts in Ukraine. In response to the appeal of People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko, published on his Telegram channel, Chernogorenko confirmed that in order to fulfill the obligation stipulated by the new law on mobilization, it is enough to use the mobile application "Rezerv+".
As Chernogorenko pointed out, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization", conscripts are required to update their registration data within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the presidential decree announcing mobilization. Currently, the deadline for clarifying personal information expires on July 16, and those who do not have time to do so will be subject to administrative liability in the form of a fine of 17,000 hryvnias.
The deputy minister confirmed that the use of the Rezerv+ mobile application as an electronic cabinet of conscripts, conscripts and reservists is sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the law. At the same time, Chernogorenko noted that this does not exempt individuals from complying with the general rules of military accounting, and the responsibility for updating the data remains with them.
Thus, the mobile application "Rezerv+" provides a convenient and effective way to fulfill legal requirements, simplifying the process of updating personal information for military servicemen.
