The Ministry of Defense official brought the Ferrari for the Russians because of "zero customs clearance"

Former Acting Director of the State Enterprise "Deftevtomservice" Valentin Slobodyanyuk (aka Slobodyanyuk-Shkik), who also managed the liquidation of the central composition of the CEU of the Ministry of Defense, appears in the case of the use of preferential Ukrainian customs clearance to export Ferrari to Paris ... for citizens.

It all started in April 2022. Two months after the full -scale invasion of Russia, two citizens of the Russian Federation living in the EU (one of them also has a passport of Panama), they purchased Ferrari Roma 2020 for 210 thousand euros without VAT. To avoid taxes in Europe - about 63 thousand euros - they needed a "formal owner" in Ukraine. He became Slobodyanyuk.

At that moment he was unemployed and was in Lviv. He agreed to issue a car for his monetary reward.

  • April 30 - Ferrari bought in Germany.

  • May 3 - brought to Ukraine by a Polish carrier.

  • May 4 - free customs clearance according to wartime privileges.

  • May 6 - registration for Slobodyanyuk in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

  • May 6-7 - power of attorney and rapid export to Paris.

The car was taken out the next day through the checkpoint "Rava-Ruska". She remained there - in the use of the family of citizens of the Russian Federation. EU taxes are not paid. Ukrainian law - bypassed. Zero customs clearance - saved 63 thousand euros.

In his declaration for 2022 and 2023, Slobodyanyuk indicated that he had purchased a Ferrari for UAH 6.48 million, allegedly for borrowed from a familiar lawyer Denis Pottony Money. The loan amount is 6.5 million.

But the prosecutor's office considers this story a fiction. According to the materials, the car was actually purchased on April 30, not May 6, as the official stated. The money was made by the Russians, not he. Already in 2022, the NACC qualified this agreement as "a gift from a Russian citizen Yevgeny Kazakov".

The real owner of the car is not Slobodyanyuk, and Ferrari is not in Ukraine for a long time.

The court seized the car as a material evidence - it is forbidden to sell, transfer or use. Despite the fact that the car is in Paris, it legally blocks any action with it.

Slobodyanyuk became a person involved in criminal proceedings because of the false declaration. The prosecutor's office believes that he deliberately provided false information to hide the scheme and avoid responsibility.
