Colonel Vadym Vysochin owns luxurious property, the source of which has interested law enforcement officers

The case involving Colonel Vadym Vysochin, head of the Central Sports Club of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is of interest to law enforcement agencies. Vysochin, who holds a military rank and is responsible to the military, has impressed with his luxurious property, which does not correspond to his military position.

Colonel Vysochin has a common-law wife and an adult son, and they own two estates near Kyiv and several expensive cars.

The common-law wife of the head of the Central Sports Club of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lesya Leskiv declared an apartment in Lviv with an area of 93 square meters, which she allegedly bought in 2002 for 1,500 hryvnias. This is the price indicated in the woman’s official document. In addition, her declaration includes a house of 262 square meters and a land plot in the village of Petrushki near Kyiv. According to the declaration, the estate was purchased in 2012 for 930 thousand hryvnias – at that time it was a little more than 100,000 dollars.

The woman is currently driving a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 250. The car was supposedly purchased for 500,000 hryvnias – at that time it was a little less than $18,000. However, even now the cheapest car of this model in 2017 costs from $30,000.

Another house nearby, in the same Petrushki, is 340 square meters. According to the register of real estate rights, it belongs to Vadim Vysochyn's adult son, Pavel.

This estate, along with the land plot, was purchased in 2021. Judging by Pavlo's social media, he does not live in this house, but lives in another family estate registered to his mother.

The house registered to Pavlo himself is currently being renovated, so most likely Pavlo lives with his parents in the estate owned by his mother.

It was near this house that we spotted a 2016 Tesla Model S. The car is registered to Pavlo.

In addition to this car, according to data from the YouControl system, the colonel's son has a 2017 BMW I3 and a 2019 Volkswagen Polo.

The head of the Central Security Committee of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vadym Vysochyn, has two more cars – a 2021 Tesla Model Y and a 2015 Audi A3. The latter cars are sometimes used by the colonel's son.

These are just the cars that the family currently owns. Before that, Vysochyna had two more Mercedes-Benzes, a BMW, a Volkswagen Multivan, and a Tesla MODEL 3.

According to the 2019 declaration, Vysochin Sr. received almost 40,000 hryvnias per month and had 320,000 hryvnias in savings. So, in total, Vadym Vysochin's annual income for 2019 would not have been enough even for one of his "carpenters". Even if you don't spend money on food, utilities, and gasoline.

Lesya Leskiv received 23,000 hryvnias per month in 2016, and 34.5 thousand in 2019. The woman did not file any other declarations. She had no savings.
