As part of efforts to ensure the national and efficient functioning of the economy, a system of re-inspection of enterprises and organizations that have the right to reserve employees is being introduced in Ukraine.
This process aims to ensure that only those businesses that are truly critical to the country support appropriate preferences during working hours.
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a corresponding resolution, the Judicial and Legal Newspaper reports.
Based on the results of the inspection, the right to a reservation may be canceled.
This will not apply to grant organizations, which can book up to 100% of their employees.
We remind you that the decision was made to conduct the audit on the personal order of the president due to abuse of power by enterprises.
