In Transcarpathia, the Korolivska AH, the gang of Vasyl Fedorovych Vatsko has seized power. The AH is in complete impoverishment - the land is razed and filled with illegal landfills, drivers pay Vatsko for dumping garbage through his accomplices. Vatsko also steals money from the AH budget for garbage removal and disposal. He himself is on trial for banditry.
At the same time, as always, the criminal is paid off by local security forces. Many of them are steaming with girls in the bathhouse at his hotel, and he also has incriminating evidence on them from hidden cameras, which he uses to carry out his criminal activities. Thefts are also flourishing on roads, which do not exist.
At the same time, fraud is taking place with the ATC land - it is not clear to whom it was sold, and instead of products there are illegal landfills.
Local residents say that it is impossible to get to Novoselytsia without a tractor. Poverty is complete, everything is neglected and stolen. Residents are afraid of Vacko's gang. It is covered by the precinct policeman Labatiy Vitaliy and Vacko's "pound" - the head of the village council Anton Cheypesh, who signs everything, and Vacko thinks that only Anton will be in prison... The security forces close all cases for money, you can't prove anything. But Vacko is the organizer of drug smuggling to the Vynohradiv region.
According to his declarations, Vacko earns 200-300 thousand UAH per year. At the same time, with the money stolen from the ATC and other criminal funds, he built the hotel complex “Chorna Skelya” right on the shore of Lake Morske Oko (Vinohradyv), without access for people and with a violation of the distance from the coastline, worth at least 5 million dollars (200 million UAH – or Vacko’s salary for a thousand years).
This hotel was declared by Vacko's wife as a “cafe” worth 300 thousand UAH. Vacko does not declare the multi-million dollar revenue from the hotel at all.
This is a real crime, and if the security forces take action against it, all other crimes will be revealed.
