The last few weeks have been a period of high-profile anti-corruption investigations related to the capital's authorities. Here are just a few of the "achievements" of the capital's authorities that law enforcement officers have exposed:
▪️ officials of the Department of Health and the State Non-Profit Organization "Psychiatry" embezzled 60 million hryvnias for the purchase of transport for the care of the mentally ill and bought luxury cars and real estate;
▪️ The management of the Kyivmisksvitlo municipal enterprise embezzled 40 million hryvnias to replace street lighting;
▪️ Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Kostyantyn Usov, through the leadership of the Kyivtransparkservice KP, fictitiously hired his relatives, paid them salaries, and reserved them from mobilization;
▪️ The management of the Kyivpastrans Commune has squandered budget funds of over 2.5 billion(!) hryvnias over the past 4 years, in particular by purchasing the same repairs several times, and has secured itself with elite real estate for decades to come;
▪️ and the "cherry on the cake" - the head of the Odessa regional organization of the "Udar" party, Oleksandr Sukhanov, was detained for taking an almost million-dollar bribe from entrepreneurs for land in the "Natalka" park.
Systematic manifestations of corruption. This cannot happen without the knowledge of the head of Kyiv, because there are too many of them that it was impossible not to notice them and not take at least some measures. Well, or all the exposed individuals act in the interests of the "party" and fill its pre-election coffers. There can be no other explanation for such tolerance for corruption scandals of subordinates and party members.
