Corruption in KMDA: a systemic problem or deliberate inaction?

The last few weeks have become a period of high-profile anti-corruption investigations related to the capital's authorities. Only where are the "achievements" of the capital authorities, which were exposed by law enforcement officers:

▪️ officials of the Department of Health Care and KNP "Psychiatry" embezzled 60 million hryvnias for the purchase of transport for the care of the mentally ill and bought luxury cars and real estate;

▪️ the management of KP "Kyivmisksvitlo" embezzled 40 million hryvnias to replace street lighting;

▪️ Deputy Chairman of the KMDA Kostyantyn Usov, through the management of KP "Kyivtransparkservice", fictitiously employed his relatives, charged them a salary and booked them from mobilization;

▪️ the management of KP "Kyivpastrans" over the past 4 years has spent more than 2.5 billion (!) hryvnias from the budget, in particular by purchasing the same repairs several times, and provided itself with elite real estate for decades to come;

▪️ well, the "icing on the cake" - the head of the Odesa regional organization of the "Udar" party, Oleksandr Sukhanov, was arrested for almost a million dollar bribe from entrepreneurs for land in the "Natalka" park.

Systematic manifestations of corruption. This cannot happen without the knowledge of the head of Kyiv, because there are so many of them that it was impossible not to notice them and not to take at least some measures. Well, or all exposed persons act in the interests of the "party" and fill its pre-election coffers. There can be no other explanation for such tolerance for corruption scandals of subordinates and fellow party members.
