The police reported on the transfer to court of a case against a foreigner who, while staying illegally in Ukraine, worked at the Temporary Registration Authority (TRO) in Kyiv and issued "white tickets" to defectors, as well as produced forged documents for traveling abroad. This scheme of fake documents became the object of attention of law enforcement agencies already in November last year.

For 5,500 dollars, a "citizen of one of the countries of the near abroad" issued a "white ticket", and for another 3,000 dollars, he produced documents for men to travel abroad under the guise of volunteers. And he also promised that in the event of problems at the border, he would influence an employee of the TCC, who would confirm the authenticity of the documents.
He was exposed in November last year. It turned out that he also had a fake residence permit. He faces 9 years in prison.
