Deputy Mayor of Odessa for the activities of the executive bodies of the council, Anna Pozdnyakova, filed an annual declaration for 2024, in which she indicated significant income, cryptocurrency assets, expensive items, and real estate. The data became available through the Unified State Register of Declarations.

Pozdnyakova declared two apartments as her property and one more as her use. The first apartment with an area of 33.6 m² has belonged to her since 2016, the second - an office space with an area of 51.5 m² - appeared in 2017. The third property is an apartment with an area of 86.8 m², which she has been using since 2022. Its owner is the official's mother, Alla Pozdnyakova.

The declaration also states that the official is raising two daughters, Maria and Anastasia, who live with her in Odessa.

Hanna Pozdnyakova's total income for 2024 amounted to over 998 thousand hryvnias. As deputy mayor, she earned 533 thousand hryvnias, and another 455 thousand hryvnias as the director of the municipal enterprise "Heating Supply of the City of Odessa", where she worked until June 2024. In addition, the declaration indicates 10,320 hryvnias of state aid for the birth of a child.

Among her financial assets, the official declared $25,000 in cash. She also has accounts at PrivatBank and Universal Bank, although the amounts in them are not specified.

Her cryptocurrency assets attract special attention: Pozdnyakova’s account has 6.02 bitcoins. At the current exchange rate, this is over 20 million hryvnias. For comparison: last year’s declaration indicated 14.037 bitcoins. In 2021, according to analysts, she declared cryptocurrency worth over 53 million hryvnias, which became a record among officials of the Odessa region.

The vice-mayor's property list also includes luxury items: a sable fur coat, Damiani jewelry (wedding ring, earrings, and a pendant made of white gold with diamonds), and a Louis Vuitton handbag. All of this was declared as property purchased before the first declaration was filed.

For comparison, another deputy mayor of Odessa, Valeriy Silin, earned 1 million 126 thousand hryvnias in 2024, and also received more than 600 thousand hryvnias in pension payments.
