Bihus.Info investigators have published material about the rapid enrichment of relatives of the head of the Kyiv Cybercrime Countermeasures Department, Vyacheslav Kuliush. After his divorce from his wife Nadia, the mother of his ex-wife purchased a beauty salon and began construction of an estate in one of the most expensive cottage towns near Odessa - "Black Sea Riviera".
Vyacheslav Kuliush headed the Kyiv department in 2022, having previously worked in Odessa. In his declaration, journalists found only a small apartment and several cars. However, after the divorce, which officially took place in 2024, the family began to show signs of significant financial opportunities.
According to Bihus.Info, the ex-mother-in-law of the cyber police officer purchased 16 acres of land in the "Black Sea Riviera" worth about 8 million UAH. A three-story mansion with panoramic windows and large terraces is currently being built on the site. In addition, the woman purchased non-residential premises in Odessa, where Kuliush's ex-wife opened a beauty salon.
Journalists note that the family did not have the appropriate income for such purchases. Kuliush himself explained that his mother-in-law allegedly received funds under a loan agreement in 2022.
It is significant that during the preparation of the investigation, the land plot and the unfinished estate were transferred to the company "Vedmid Service", registered in the Rivne region. The owner of the company is Vadym Adamsky, the brother of the former head of the Rivne region's cyber police, Yuriy Adamsky.
The Kuliush and Adamski families have close ties: the wife of the Rivne cyber police officer provides Kuliush with a car, and his ex-wife received a salary from a company associated with the Adamski family.
Investigators suggest that the transfer of the property could have been an attempt to conceal the true owners ahead of the release of the material.
This is not the first time that Bihus.Info journalists have exposed suspicious enrichment of cyber police chiefs. Earlier, it was reported that relatives of deputy heads of the cyber police department purchased real estate worth tens of millions of hryvnias.
