Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) together with the SBU and the State Border Guard Service have completed an investigation into a police officer who organized an illegal channel of crossing men of conscript age across the border. The indictment has already been transferred to court, and now the attacker will wait for the decision of Themis.
According to the investigation, the law enforcement officer was actively looking for persons who wanted to avoid mobilization and offered them illegal departure to the unrecognized Transnistria.
The cost of such "services" was $ 7,000. For this money, he guaranteed customers the assistance in the border crossing at night, providing instructions on how to cross the border safely, and assured that he had experience in such operations.
However, in January 2025, the law enforcement officer was detained while receiving the full amount for the transfer.
The police officer was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border),

Part 2 of Art. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (receiving undue benefit).
Now his further fate will be decided by the court.
