Declaration of the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office: real estate, bank account and expensive cars

Former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, Serhiy Bizhko, has been officially dismissed from his position and filed a declaration in which he indicated a salary of over UAH 2 million, a pension, a number of real estate properties, two premium cars, and foreign currency savings, reports the Absolution detective agency.

The declaration was filed on October 6. According to the document, for the nine months of this year, the Bizhki family declared UAH 2.88 million in income, including:

  • Serhiy Bizhko's salary at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office is UAH 2.03 million;

  • pension from the Pension Fund — 70 thousand UAH;

  • Business income of wife Natalia — 775 thousand UAH.

The declaration lists several real estate properties owned or used by the family:

  • a house in Dnipro with an area of 87 m² — purchased by Serhiy in 2000 (the stated purchase price was UAH 20,000);

  • apartment in Dnipro 65.6 m² — owned by his wife Natalia (purchased in 2016, cost not specified);

  • An apartment in Dnipro, 123 m², is used by the family, registered to Halyna Bizhko (probably a relative).

In addition, the declaration lists two modern cars that are used by the family, but registered to other persons:

  • Cupra Leon (2023) — registered to Svitlana Borisova (estimated market price 1.2–1.5 million UAH);

  • Volkswagen ID.4 (2021) — registered to Hanna Medvedchuk (estimated cost 1–1.3 million UAH).

The family's financial assets are also significant: the declaration indicates 605 thousand UAH in an account at Raiffeisen Bank (in the name of Serhiy Bizhko) and 101.5 thousand US dollars in cash - owned by his wife Natalia.

Bizhko's wife owns 25% of Realtor 3D LLC (EDRPOU 40457898); it is noted that she purchased the share in 2016 for 225 thousand UAH. According to the source, her business income in 2025 amounted to about 775 thousand UAH.

Serhiy Bizhko has been officially dismissed from his position; due to the loss of his armor, he is subject to mobilization to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
