The head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Andriy Pishnyi , according to the data received, has an average monthly salary of 629,000 hryvnias, which in 2023 he received in the amount of 7.5 million hryvnias. The total income of his family, which includes his wife Lyudmila, amounted to 20.2 million hryvnias.
According to the information received, the declaration includes a large number of sources of income, such as payments on bonds of the domestic state loan in the amount of 7.4 million hryvnias, the sale of movable property for 2.8 million hryvnias, and the wife's receipt of another 1.5 million hryvnias from entrepreneurial activities.
Lyudmila Pishna is involved in a diverse business, including wholesale trade, restaurant operations, radio broadcasting, production of feed additives, and real estate and car rental.
The declaration also reveals that the family owns two foreign cars - a 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser 3.3 Twin Turbo (purchased in 2022 for 2.5 million hryvnias) and a 2012 Mercedes-Benz S500 valued at 150,000 hryvnias.
According to the received data, the Pishny family has significant foreign currency savings – $500.4 thousand and €72 thousand. It is noted that $85 thousand and all €72 thousand are kept in cash, not in bank accounts.
The declaration also states that Andrii Pishnyi lent his wife 10.6 million hryvnias, and did not give it as a gift. The total amount of his and Lyudmila's hryvnias is 45.7 million, and this amount is either loaned or placed in accounts, including the National Bank pension fund.
In addition, in May 2023, Andriy Pishnyi bought 468 government bonds worth UAH 17.1 million, which are denominated in dollars.
