Demonstrative violation of laws against the background of war: a case with "street race" in Kiev

In a war in Ukraine, most citizens are united to support the army and maintain public stability.

In Kiev, a 25-year-old football player together with a friend staged a "race" on the roads of the capital, which led to an accident. Despite numerous traffic violations, demonstrative behavior on social networks and evasion of mobilization, the new mobic remains unpunished. This situation raised the issue of law enforcement inaction and double standards in war.

One of the most resonant cases occurred in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kiev. The football player of Poltava FC "Vorskla" Stefan Pashkovsky, managing Lexus with Stef license plates, together with a friend on the Porsche Cayman (KA5209) staged dangerous "checkers" on the roads of the capital. Violation of traffic rules, failure to take advantage in motion, ignoring road marking and speeding led to an accident involving three cars.

Despite the obvious facts of violations, law enforcement agencies were limited to penalties imposed in December 2024. However, this did not affect the further behavior of the violators.

25-year-old Stefan Pashkovsky does not officially work, pays taxes and finances his luxurious life through cryptocurrency operations. The young man lives in the prestigious residential complex of Kiev, goes on expensive cars and violates the laws, teaching his "exploits" on the social network Tiktok. In the video, he shows speeding up to 180 km/h, accompanied by a Russian rap with propaganda calls.

His girlfriend Elena Liventsova supports this lifestyle. She regularly receives expensive gifts: Cartier jewelry, Louis Vuitton bags, organized trips to the Maldives. Such expenses could finance several crews of the Armed Forces, but the couple does not even think about it.

In addition to road violations, Pashkovsky is wanted for evading mobilization. Born in 1999, it falls under conscript age, but ignores military registration. The case even reached the Pechersk District Court of Kiev, but it did not give any results.

Law enforcement agencies do not provide proper control, and numerous penalties remain a formality that does not affect the major budget. It is obvious that the new moon has connections in the relevant structures that allow him to avoid responsibility.

This situation causes indignation among Ukrainians. While thousands of citizens protect the country on the forefront, risking their lives, some allow themselves to define the law. Such cases undermine the trust in law enforcement agencies and call into question equality before the law.
