The temporary chairman of the Kyiv City Council Commission on Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations Oles Malyarevich, which is also a sergeant of the Armed Forces, purchased real estate for millions of hryvnias in 2024. In particular, the deputy from the UDAR party bought an apartment in Kiev worth UAH 5.58 million and introduced it to the declaration.
Malyarevich is currently serving in the mouth of the UAV and artillery intelligence as part of the A0501 military unit. In parallel, he continues to perform deputies' duties in the Kyiv City Council, heads the Charity Fund of his name and the sports club "Junior Rusanivka". All these roles are free.
In his declaration, the politician stated that in January 2024 he purchased an apartment with an area of 64.5 square meters in Kiev for UAH 5.58 million. This is not the only real estate in the capital - another apartment with an area of 49.3 square meters was purchased in 2004.
In September 2024, Malyarevich also purchased apartments with an area of 31.2 square meters in Skhidnytsia in Lviv region for UAH 624 thousand. In addition, it has two unfinished construction objects - in Skhidnytsia and Yaremche, started in 2023.
The deputy owns 12 land plots with a total area of more than 40 hectares in different regions of Ukraine and Crimea. Among the largest are the plots in Zhukovtsi (63 thousand square meters), Stepanivtsi (59 thousand sq.m) and meadows (51 thousand sq.m), purchased in 2022-2023. The cheapest plot - in the sacs, in the occupied Crimea - he bought in 2008 for only 15 thousand UAH.
There are two cars in Malyarevich's fleet: Lexus ES350 (2011) and Range Rover 4.4 (2005). Both machines are estimated within 250-560 thousand UAH.
Malyarevich's total income for 2024 amounted to UAH 2.8 million. Of these, more than UAH 1.2 million is a salary in the Armed Forces. The rest are rental revenues from agricultural firms, dividends from Investment Capital Ukraine and almost one million hryvnias from real estate sale.
The deputy holds 982 thousand UAH and $ 9 thousand in cash, and also has government bonds for UAH 1.18 million.
For the purchase of Kiev apartment, Malyarevich took a mortgage at Ukrgasbank for UAH 3.25 million, of which 3 million UAH remain outstanding.
