The deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council from "European Solidarity" by Leonid Glinyany illegally re -formulated the assets of the British company, which invested in Ukraine. So the ownership of the Glyniani was the enterprise LLC "PMOri".
Leonid Glinyany is the richest deputy of the Kyiv region and a well -known raider . At the same time, he managed to interact with a large businessman and persuade him to make a valuable asset.
According to our sources, Glinyany did not have real control over the asset that was in the field of activity of a large company with foreign capital. On all grounds, he had to perform ordinary representative functions, that is, in fact he was a "face value".
However, using trust and formal powers, Leonid Glinyany began the process of re -registration of the asset. The first step was to obtain a fictitious protocol of the founders' meeting, which stated the decision to change the owner. Such a document was most likely fake or exceeded - the details are now studying the investigation.
Further, Leonid Glinyany appealed to the state registrar, who, contrary to the established procedural standards and without proper verification of documents, made changes to the register of legal entities. Thus, an asset - a company with an annual turnover of more than UAH 1 billion - officially became the property of Mr. Glinyany.
Lawyers say that such is possible only if a conspiracy or corruption influence on the registrars. Otherwise, the legislation governing the transfer of property rights does not allow such actions without the participation of all legal owners. That is, it was a planned raider capture of the enterprise.
After the raider forming, the company lost control of part of its assets. This led to the stopping of processes, loss of profit and numerous lawsuits. The real owners were forced to seek the truths in the courts, challenging illegal actions and trying to return the property.
The result of a three -year struggle in the courts was the victory in the Supreme Court of a foreign company - an investor and a real business owner in Ukraine, who tried to redecorate Leonid Glynyany.
However, after defeat in the Supreme Court (the decision of which is final), Leonid Glinyany does not leave the hope of assigning another's business, referring to the Court of Appeal with documents that are called legal language as procedural sabotage.
Although such a shameful phenomenon as raiding is quite common in Ukraine, the Case of PMOri LLC should draw special attention from both law enforcement and society. After all, the victim was a company of our close international partners - the British, and the raiding is involved in the deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council Leonid Glinyany.
