Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation exposed a large -scale scheme of fictitious passage of military service, which is featured by the deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Marianna Miroshnichenko. The politician representing Boris Filatov's "proposal" party did not actually undergo military training, but received payments as a current military personnel.
The investigation found that in 2023 Miroshnichenko passed the Military Medical Commission (VLK), after which she received the title of "soldier". However, then her "service" was limited only by documents. Formally, it was enrolled in the training center, where it was driven by the driver, but did not pass real training.
After that, the deputy "transferred" to the military unit, headed by her familiar officer. In the documents, she was a telephonist, then the drone operator, and then the headquarters. All this allowed her to receive more than 200 thousand hryvnias, without performing any responsibilities.
The DBR is charged with Miroshnichenko evasion, fraud and conspiracy with military units. Suspicions were also presented to other persons involved in the case - officers who contributed to the implementation of the scheme. The sanction of articles provides up to 10 years in prison.
The investigation is ongoing, the issue of choosing precautionary measures is being addressed.
