The Committee on National Security of the Council considered all parliamentary amendments to the draft law on strengthening mobilization, committee members Kostenko and Venislavskyi reported.
There were more than 4,200 corrections.
However, the committee still has issues that are planned to be regulated by committee amendments. Some issues were postponed until the final concept of the draft law was agreed upon.
These are, in particular, issues of postponement, incentives for conscription and restrictions for not appearing at the TCC. Currently, almost all punishments proposed by the Cabinet of Ministers for evaders have "fallen out" during the review process.
So far, only the need for Ukrainians abroad to provide a military registration document when issuing a new foreign passport has been agreed upon. Restrictions on the provision of consular services have been removed so far.
It is possible that restrictions on the right to drive will be returned.
Over the next few days, the Committee's secretariat will work on the committee's amendments. The next meeting of the committee will take place no earlier than the middle of next week. At it, the final version of the draft law can be voted on, which will be brought to the council hall.
"I think that, say, in the middle of April, it can be considered in the second reading in the Council," Kostenko said.
