The National Security Council Committee considered all parliamentary amendments to the bill on strengthening mobilization, committee members Kostenko and Venislavskyi reported.
There were over 4,200 edits.
However, the committee still has issues that they plan to resolve through committee amendments. Some issues have been postponed until the final concept of the bill is agreed upon.
This, in particular, concerns postponement, incentives for conscription, and restrictions for failure to appear at the CCC. Currently, almost all of the punishments for draft evaders proposed by the Cabinet of Ministers have been "dropped" during the consideration process.
So far, only the requirement for Ukrainians abroad to provide a military registration document when applying for a new passport has been agreed. Restrictions on the provision of consular services have been removed for now.
Perhaps they will return restrictions on the right to drive.
The Committee Secretariat will be working on committee amendments over the next few days. The next committee meeting will be held no earlier than the middle of next week. It may include a vote on the final version of the bill, which will be brought to the Rada chamber.
“I think that, say, in mid-April, it may begin to be considered in the second reading in the Rada,” Kostenko said.
