People's deputy Oleksandr Fedienko spoke about the possibility of booking employees at enterprises, which is being discussed in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. According to his statement, some companies will be able to book half to all of their employees.
Enterprises that are recognized as critically important according to economic criteria or those that provide services to the Armed Forces of Ukraine can reserve from 50% to 100% of their employees, People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko said.
For this, says the People's Deputy, it is necessary to go through a certain procedure and obtain the relevant documents. He added that administrations and relevant ministries are actively processing such applications for the reservation of workers.
Regarding the bill on economic reservation, Fedienko said that the Verkhovna Rada has not even reached the starting stage, let alone the finish line. According to the people's deputy, numerous discussions and debates regarding the economic reservation model are currently ongoing.
The General Staff and the Armed Forces have one position, while representatives of the economic sector have another. As Fedienko says, the Verkhovna Rada understands that, on the one hand, it is necessary to update the composition of the Armed Forces, and on the other hand, to take into account the number of employees of those enterprises that work officially.
At the same time, the people's representative emphasized that the Armed Forces are maintained at the expense of Ukrainian taxpayers' funds, and these cannot be the funds of another country. That is, Fedienko noted, the Verkhovna Rada needs to find a balance of interests in order not to destroy the economy by washing out workers, which could lead to insufficient provision of the Armed Forces.
However, on the other hand, it is necessary to create mechanisms so that employees of illegal enterprises feel uncomfortable, the politician added.
