Serhiy Andriychenko, a deputy of the Pokrovskaya City Council from the "Youth Party of Ukraine", better known in criminal circles by the nickname "Chikyan", launched a PR company with the aim of returning to power.

In early April of this year, Serhiy Andriychenko reminded the residents of Pokrovsk and Pokrovskyi district in Donetsk region of his existence, posting an appeal to the residents on his Facebook and Instagram pages, telling about the systemic facts of corruption of the leadership of the local military administration. As usual, nothing new, general things, no specifics.
But the very fact of Serhiy Andriychenko's appearance in the public sphere raises concerns. As it turned out, he is a defendant in criminal proceedings No. 12024000000001003 dated May 23, 2024, to whom law enforcement officers have notified him of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - providing an unlawful benefit to an official, i.e. a bribe.
Thus, Serhiy Andriychenko for money in the amount of 1 million UAH. UAH. tried to solve for himself the issue of allocating a land plot, for which he was brought to criminal responsibility. Now Serhiy Andriychenko, feeling the inevitable punishment (the case is being considered in the Zavodsky District Court of the city of Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region), is trying by all means to avoid responsibility for the crime, playing the role of a "political victim.".
Journalists have repeatedly written about Serhiy Andriychenko's criminal past, but in the context of his recent statements, it is worth recalling who he is. Since 2005, Serhiy Andriychenko, while dealing in drugs in the Donetsk region, became close to the criminal authority Armen Sarkisyan (aka "Armen Horlivsky"), who in turn was subordinate to Yuriy Ivanyushchenko (known as "Yura Yenakiyevsky").
All three were thus in the pool of fugitive ex-president Yanukovych to carry out "dirty work", the peak of which was sending "titushki" to disperse the "Maidan" protesters during the "Revolution of Dignity" in Kyiv, as well as intimidating and killing pro-Ukrainian citizens.
Starting in 2011, Armen Sarkissian appointed “Chikyan” as the “overseer” of Pokrovsk (at that time still Krasnoarmiysk) and nearby settlements – Novogrodivka, Mirnograd (at that time Dimitrov), Dobropillya, Selidove. Armen Sarkissian is exactly the character who, after the events of 2014, remained in the temporarily occupied territory in Horlivka and over 10 years was able, through Russian patrons and the special services of the aggressor country, to significantly expand the business sphere of his influence and, in 2022, even formed his own private military company “ArBat” (“Armenian Battalion”). And in February 2025, he was blown up in Moscow in the residential complex “Ali Parusy”.
Unlike Armen Sarkissian, Serhiy Andriychenko did not leave for the occupied territory and continued his criminal activities in the territory “entrusted” to him by Sarkissian, which is under the control of the Ukrainian authorities. During his criminal activities, Serhiy Andriychenko quickly turned into a local businessman, taking control of a number of enterprises through criminal methods, and went into politics.
Like Armen Sarkissian, who headed the so-called "DPR Boxing Federation", Serhiy Andriychenko also headed a similar federation, becoming the President of the "Krasnoarmiysk City Boxing Federation". Such activities allowed him to shape his future political image, as well as select athletes capable of carrying out criminal assignments, including to put pressure on participants in the "Revolution of Dignity".
Thus, Serhiy Andriychenko's political activity began with receiving a deputy mandate for the Pokrovska City Council from the "Youth Party of Ukraine" in the 2015 local elections, and also allowed him to bring like-minded people to the council, with the help of whom he could lobby for the participation of enterprises under his control in tender procurements for budget funds. Subsequently, in 2020, Serhiy Andriychenko was re-elected as a deputy of the Pokrovska City Council, and continued to lobby for the commercial interests of enterprises under his control, the functioning of which he always took care of in advance.
Yes, only according to official data from his declarations, it is possible to count more than 20 enterprises where “Chikyan” is or was a director, owner/co-owner, or ultimate beneficiary. The areas of activity of the companies are also diverse - from providing services for repairing various machinery and equipment to funeral services. And this does not mean at all that he is right in almost all areas of business. It is simply necessary to “put pressure” on the owners of already operating enterprises using outdated criminal methods, promise them lobbying interests, including through his deputyship, and subsequently receive income from their activities.
It is not surprising that the total income declared by "Chikyan" for 2024 amounted to almost 15 million UAH. At the same time, he officially showed the presence of 40 million UAH, 1 million US dollars, 25 thousand euros, 6 cars (in 2017 he had 26 of them), 15 real estate objects (the total area reaches more than 7300 square meters).
Considerable wealth allowed Serhiy Andriychenko to acquire ownership of the Pokrovskaya local LLC "Television "CAPRI", which ensured the creation of PR to continue his deputy activities, as well as the coverage of informational discrediting stories about his opponents. At the same time, the official owner of "CAPRI" became his wife - Iryna Andriychenko, who, in addition to the information sphere, is also the owner of several of her husband's business structures.
Serhiy Andriychenko's further political activity was interrupted by the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupation troops into the territory of Ukraine and the cessation of the work of the deputy corps. In the fall of 2022, Serhiy Andriychenko was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (one of the versions of his mobilization is to avoid reprisals from residents of the Pokrovska community, who also mobilized and intended to remind "Chikyana" of his past "sins" and cooperation with "Armen Horlivsky").
After mobilization, Serhiy Andriychenko served in the ranks of the 25th separate airborne brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a sniper, later transferred to the 77th separate airmobile brigade. At the same time, he did not take part in combat operations, but was actually engaged in the logistical support of the unit, spending a huge amount of his own money, which allowed him to obtain a privileged position. He lived in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions for almost the entire service, resting in restaurants and taking care of his own business. He was demobilized in 2024 for reasons, allegedly, of receiving disability as a result of combat operations, after which he actually immediately got into crime with a bribe.
So, the appearance of Serhiy Andriychenko in the public space with a claim to morality is not just his emotional impulse, but an attempt by a person with connections in the criminal world, including those who are directly related to the outbreak of war on the territory of our country and the murder of our citizens, to return to power, to a luxurious life, and to avoid criminal punishment.
