The property of the oligarch Konstantin Zhevago, which is currently outside Ukraine, was transferred to the ARMA State Agency. This decision was the result of an investigation against Zhevago on suspicion of wasting $ 113 million from the Finance and Credit Bank.
In 2023, the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) informed Zhevago of suspicion, and on February 28, 2025, the Kyiv Court made a decision to transfer corporate rights to 16 oligarch enterprises to the Agency for Investigation and Management of Assets (ARMA). One of the largest assets under control of the ARMA is the share of 49.5% in the Poltava GOK.
This court's decision has already been transferred for execution. In the future, the ARMA will be responsible for the management of these assets in the framework of investigation of criminal cases against Zhevago.
