The state television of Belarus reported the existence of an alleged "plan of the opposition and Western states" to attack four territories in the southwest of the country. This information was voiced in a special news broadcast, where the presenters declared about the "growing threat to the security" of the country.
According to the report, armed groups from Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine are going to be involved in the attack.
It is claimed that according to the plan, "nationalist gangs" are to attack Belarus first, then mercenaries and NATO forces will be involved.
Polish special services are helping prepare potential participants in the attack, Belarusian state TV reports.
