The state expert center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine ordered a Skoda Superb in a premium package, spending 2.16 million hryvnias. This is reported by "Our Money" with reference to the "Prozorro" .
On January 16, 2025, the State Enterprise "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" signed a contract with "Prague Auto na Kiltseva" LLC for the supply of a Skoda Superb L&K 2.0 TSI/195 kW 7DSG 4×4 passenger car worth 2.16 million UAH The car should be delivered by the end of January.
Skoda Superb is selected in the top configuration with all-wheel drive and a powerful gasoline engine with a volume of 2 liters and 265 horsepower. The car is equipped with modern technology, including a system for monitoring the driver's attention, cameras for parking assistance, three-zone climate control, electrically adjustable seats with massage and heating, as well as adaptive cruise control and parking sensors.
The purchase is carried out without competition, as no other suppliers appeared in the tender. It is worth noting that such a configuration of the car on the market costs about 2.12 million hryvnias, while the basic model without additional options will cost 1.67 million.
"Prague Auto on Kiltseva", which won the tender, is a company engaged in the sale of cars, and its owners are Zhanna Korban and Maria Gvozdeva. The latter is the wife of former People's Deputy from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Mykhailo Gvozdyov.
According to open data, the head of the "State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" is Mykhailo Babenko, who has held this position since 2020. Previously, he worked as the head of PJSC "Ukrmedprom", and also led the activities of the "Medfarcom" group of companies.
