The son-in-law of former MP Oleksandr Dombrovsky, diplomat Artem Rybchenko, may become the new Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development. In his declaration, he indicated the family's significant assets - real estate, premium cars, and large cash savings, the total value of which is estimated at over 18.5 million hryvnias.
According to the submitted documents, Artem Rybchenko lives in Kyiv with his wife Tetyana and two daughters — Anastasia and Amelia. The family owns three apartments in the capital with an area of 99.7 m², 116.7 m² and 166.5 m², as well as two apartments in Vinnytsia — 113.2 m² and 194.9 m². Additionally, a house in the village of Shyshaky, Poltava region, and an apartment in Austria, purchased in 2023, were declared.
Rybchenko has the right to use several real estate properties in Kyiv owned by Liliya Kernychna. The family's fleet includes three vehicles: a 2006 Toyota RAV4, a 2019 BMW X5 worth about UAH 1.5 million, and an Audi Q8 of the same year, which the diplomat himself uses.
His wife, Tetyana Rybchenko, owns two companies — Kosmos Golf Ukraine LLC in Vinnytsia and Golf Solutions LLC in Kyiv.
The couple's financial assets are significant: Artem Rybchenko declared $180,000 in cash, $107,000 in an account at the Swiss bank UBS AG, and 470,000 hryvnias in Oschadbank. The wife has another $259,500 and 500,000 hryvnias in cash.
The diplomat received an income of 1.42 million hryvnias in 2024, most of which came from payments from the State Administration of Affairs. The family's combined wealth is estimated to exceed 18.5 million hryvnias, making Rybchenko among the wealthiest candidates for government positions.
