In addition to the state audit and SBU, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the Prosecutor's Office of the Chernihiv region joined the review of communal enterprises of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
At the disposal of the editors of our publication are documents testifying to the interest of law enforcement agencies in violations during the conduct of tenders by the Department of Capital Construction of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration in 2019.
We remind you that in that period the region was headed by Oleksandr Mysnyk, who currently holds the position of director of the State Enterprise "Agency of Local Roads of the Chernihiv Region", and occupies the office next to Yaroslav Slesarenko. According to the news portal NENKA INFO , Oleksandr Mysnyk received UAH 69 million in "kickbacks" for the period of 2023-2024 alone, and Yaroslav Slesarenko is being questioned by the SBU as part of an open criminal case on corruption.
With regard to the 2019 tenders, the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine No. 60/100-r/k recognized that LLC "N.Siverskyi Shlyahovyk" and LLC "Leeds Trade" LLC (previous name - LLC "Ditel") committed violations of the legislation on the protection of economic competition , in the form of anti-competitive concerted actions related to the distortion of bidding results, during participation in the procurement tender procedure.
The Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor's Office established the existence of grounds for representing the interests of the state in the budgetary sphere regarding the invalidation of contract N13 on the purchase of goods with state funds, concluded between the Department of Capital Construction of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration and LLC "N.-Siversky Shlyahovyk", as being contrary to the interests state and society.
