Nutritionist named products that can reduce the risk of cancer

Changing eating habits can have a serious impact on health, in particular - to reduce the risk of some cancer. This was stated by British nutritionist Year Hay, a specialist in botanical medicine and iridology.

According to the expert, one of the most effective changes is the inclusion of more plant products in the daily diet.

Crusades Broccoli vegetables
, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and white cabbage - these vegetables contain glucosinota and isotiocyanates. They have a powerful anti -inflammatory effect and promote the elimination of toxins, preventing the development of lung cancer, liver, stomach, intestines and breast. Vegetables are also rich in glutathione, which is considered one of the strongest antioxidants.

Onions and garlic,
these products also contain glutathione. Data from the US Cancer Institute indicate that regular use of garlic reduces the risk of gastric cancer and colon. Garlic is able to block the formation of carcinogens and maintain the process of DNA recovery.
According to Haya, red onions are most effective in destroying colon and breast cancer cells due to its high quercetin and anthocyanins.

Fruits and vegetables of yellow-orange colors
carrots, pumpkin, pepper, mango and other similar products are rich in carotenoids: beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene. They activate the immune system and reduce tumor activity.
For example, Falcarinol in carrots is able to stop the growth of existing cancer cells.

Tomatoes
in tomatoes contain lycopene, an antioxidant that is broken down into metabolites with anticancer effect, especially effective in the prevention of prostate cancer.

Turmeric
its main active substance - curcumin - blocks inflammation and can destroy mutated cells that are degenerated into tumors. To enhance the effect, turmeric should be consumed with black pepper, mustard or ginger.

nuts
, walnuts and hazelnuts contain fibers, oleic acid and healthy fats that have a protective effect against oncology. Their regular use is associated with a decrease in the risk of bowel cancer, pancreas and endometrium.

Mushrooms
Medical Mushrooms (Reishi, Shiitakhe, Miathe, Cordiceps) contain beta-glucin, which enhance immunity, have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. They are known to help relieve the side effects of chemo and radiation therapy- such as anemia or nausea.

According to Haya, even small changes in the diet can be an important step in the prevention of serious diseases, including cancer.
