Dmytro Kuleba made a statement about the return to Ukraine of conscripted men

Regarding the return of conscripted men home, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba expressed his view on justice during a joint press conference with his Latvian colleague Baiba Braje.

Kuleba believes that the return of men to Ukraine is fair, provided that it concerns Ukrainian citizens. He emphasized that all men of military age who left the country during the conflict with Russia have the right to legal protection and social benefits, as they are citizens of Ukraine.

"My mission as a diplomat is to protect Ukrainians abroad, and I am obliged to fulfill this mission. But, at the same time, it is also a question of justice. Justice in the treatment of Ukrainian men abroad and those who are in Ukraine. And justice in relations between the state of Ukraine and its citizens," Kuleba emphasized.
