The epic with the adoption of the draft law on mobilization continues, ex-speaker of the Rada, People's Deputy Dmytro Razumkov writes in his blog on "UP".
"After the government withdrew the shameful bill No. 10378, which outraged society, everyone was waiting for an adequate version, taking into account the needs and position of the military, which would contain answers to the most important and urgent questions. But, unfortunately, stepped on the same rake again In short, we were all lied to again," Razumkov notes.
According to him, the key norms most expected by the defenders of the country and the entire Ukrainian society did not appear in the draft law. But the tightening of nuts is very well provided for there.
"We were promised that there would be no electronic subpoenas, but in the new draft law, everything is prescribed under such a system. I would also like to remind you that at the beginning of the year, the law #10062 on "digital slavery" was rushed through the parliament. Isn't this preparing the ground for electronic subpoenas?!
Everyone was reassured that there would be no violations of citizens' rights. But the project clearly stipulates the blocking of accounts, the prohibition of driving and the restriction of travel abroad and the provision of consular services for those who did not register on time!
There is no demobilization in the new project. Ephemeral 36 months and the decision of Stavka is profanation! The decision on demobilization can be waited indefinitely, besides, 36 months of service somewhere in the west of the country and 36 months near Avdiivka are, to put it mildly, completely different things.
Also, neither a clear system of rotation, nor the preparation and provision of a personnel reserve, nor the financial support of defenders is prescribed in the new draft law," writes the People's Deputy.
In his opinion, the authorities will definitely not encourage citizens to join the army with such methods. This will backfire. People will begin cashing out en masse to prevent account freezes, and the court system will be overwhelmed, stamping cases en masse at the request of the TCC.
"You can also forget about the return of Ukrainians from abroad. The authors of the project encourage them to get another passport and leave Ukraine's citizenship. "Forgetting" about normal demobilization and rotation, the authorities demoralize defenders who have been fighting at the front for two years. They are physically and mentally exhausted. They directly say that they feel like slaves , not understanding when their service will end," Razumkov emphasizes.
As you can see, the new bill on mobilization is even worse than the previous one - the authorities plan to lower the conscription age of citizens to 25, and to involve the police before issuing summonses. Also, the rights of Ukrainians may be significantly limited if they ignore summonses, which, among other things, will also come in electronic form. That is, the electronic summons will be considered served, even if the citizen has not seen it, and the registration of the conscript's electronic account will be a new duty of citizens. In addition, the procedure for demobilization has not yet been disclosed in Ukrainian legislation. Which, in general, is not surprising - Bankova wants not only to drag as many people as possible to the front, but also to keep them there as much as possible.
