The city of Dnipro was hit by Russian Iskander-K missiles fired from Crimea last night, the Air Force reported. Two missiles were shot down, but their debris caused significant damage.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak.
Falling debris caused damage to civil infrastructure and a fire. A dozen and a half cars were damaged. Windows were broken in private homes, high-rise buildings, and hospitals.
In addition, there are victims. Among them are children. A 1-month-old boy is in satisfactory condition. A 17-year-old boy was hospitalized in moderate condition. A 68-year-old man and three women – 32, 36, and 56 years old – were also injured. One of them is hospitalized, doctors assess her condition as moderate.
Later, the head of the OVA reported another wounded 37-year-old man. He was hospitalized. In total, seven people were injured in the Dnipro due to the Russian attack, including two children.
Lysak emphasized that all necessary services are involved in the elimination of the consequences.
