People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko stated that the territorial centers of acquisition (TCC) will not be fined persons who were unable to pass the Military Medical Commission (VLK) until February 5 . In addition, such persons will also not be wanted .
Fedienko noted that, having opened the card of the Law on Amendments to paragraph 2 of Section II "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Rights of Servicemen and Police to Social Protection", it can be seen that he has not yet passed all necessary.
Considering this and the current Parliament Regulation, in my opinion, this bill will not be considered. I want to reassure citizens that at a joint meeting with the participation of OP, the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Health, the command of the medical forces agreed that the relevant directive will be sent to the adoption of this law, to the shopping center, so as not to penalize those who will not have time to pass the VLK by February 5, and will not be announced
The bill, which extends the term of the VLK, is in the final stages of consideration in the Verkhovna Rada.
