The heat is returning to Ukraine

The heat is returning to Ukraine. For example, in Kyiv, the temperature is expected to rise again, which may reach record highs of up to +40°C. This was announced by the well-known weather forecaster Natalka Didenko on her Facebook page.

She noted that the forecasts are confirmed and published a schedule of temperature fluctuations for the coming days for the capital. According to her, already from August 13-14, the daytime temperature will begin to rise actively, and although it may not reach the mark of +40°C yet, strong heat should be expected.

Strong heat is expected in Kyiv

Natalka Didenko urged Kyiv residents to be prepared for extremely high temperatures and provide themselves with appropriate comfort.

According to forecaster Ihor Kibalchich, the first decade of August in Ukraine is characterized by high temperatures in the western and southern regions, and from the middle of the month the heat will spread to most of the country. However, already in the third decade of August, a decrease in temperature should be expected, starting from the northern and western regions.

In Europe, in the period from August 5 to 15, heat is forecast up to +40°C and above, which will later affect Ukraine. At first, high temperatures will be felt by residents of the western and southern regions, where thermometers can show from +34 to +38°C.

In general, August this year promises to be warmer than normal by 2-2.5°C, and the average temperature in Ukraine will remain within +22...+26°C.
