The heat is returning to Ukraine. For example, in Kyiv, temperatures are expected to rise again, reaching record highs of +40°C. This was reported by well-known weather forecaster Natalka Didenko on her Facebook page.
She noted that the forecasts are being confirmed and published a graph of temperature fluctuations for the capital for the coming days. According to her, from August 13-14, the daytime temperature will begin to rise actively, and although it may not reach +40°C yet, intense heat should be expected.

Natalka Didenko urged Kyiv residents to be prepared for extremely high temperatures and provide themselves with appropriate comfort.
According to weather forecaster Igor Kibalchych, the first decade of August in Ukraine is characterized by high temperatures in the western and southern regions, and from the middle of the month the heat will spread to most of the country. However, in the third decade of August, a decrease in temperature should be expected, starting from the northern and western regions.
In Europe, from August 5 to 15, heat of up to +40°C and above is forecast, which will later affect Ukraine. Initially, high temperatures will be felt by residents of the western and southern regions, where thermometers can show from +34 to +38°C.
In general, August this year promises to be 2–2.5°C warmer than normal, and the average temperature in Ukraine will remain within +22…+26°C.
