Doctors have named a simple product that helps restore the body after winter

After the winter period, many people experience fatigue, decreased energy, and weakened immunity. Doctors explain that this is due to a lack of vitamins, limited access to fresh foods, and changes in diet during the cold season. That is why in the spring, experts advise gradually updating the diet by adding seasonal products, in particular leafy greens.

According to doctors, one of the easiest ways to support the body is to regularly consume spinach and young arugula. These foods contain significant amounts of antioxidants, iron, and vitamin C, which help strengthen the immune system and help you recover faster after winter.

Spinach is a source of folic acid, which has a positive effect on the nervous system and overall body tone. Arugula, in turn, contains trace elements necessary to support metabolism and the body's protective functions.

A distinct advantage of leafy greens is their low calorie content combined with high nutritional value. Adding even a small amount of greens to your daily diet helps normalize digestion and offset the effects of a higher-calorie winter diet.

Experts also point out that seasonal products are best absorbed by the body, as they naturally meet human needs at a certain time of year. Spring greens support liver function and promote natural cleansing processes in the body.

Doctors advise eating greens mostly fresh or with minimal heat treatment to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients. The simplest option is a salad of greens with the addition of vegetable oil or seeds.

Experts emphasize that to maintain health, it is not necessary to buy expensive superfoods - often affordable seasonal products that are easy to find at the market or supermarket are enough.
