Medical documents from a neuropsychological clinic have been leaked online, confirming the drug addiction of the recently appointed head of the Zaporizhzhia Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
Photos and videos of medical documents, according to which Ivan Fedorov has been under observation by a narcologist since 2010, were posted by the Zaporizhzhia insider Telegram channel “Vaselin”, with a link to Fedorov’s “personal fortune teller” – Olena Laurent. Photos of the documents quickly spread on the Internet, and Facebook users managed to make a number of memes.

In their post on the TG channel Vaselin , the channel's journalists note the following: "Ivan Fedorov first came into the field of view of narcologists in 2010, when he was undergoing inpatient treatment in the narcology department of the Berdyansk psychoneurological dispensary. At that time, the doctor of the future mayor-drug addict was the head of the narcology department, Dmytro Volodymyrovych Hertsen. Later, due to close ties with the SBU, Hertsen became the chief physician of the Berdyansk dispensary, and immediately after the war began, he left Ukraine and went to Canada, where, according to rumors, he still works as an ordinary orderly in a hospital.
According to information from the medical record, in 2013, Fedorov was once again caught with amphetamines, but this time in Melitopol.
In 2017, Fedorov begins to sweep away the traces of his “stormy youth” and signs a waiver of dispensary observation.
The next meeting between Vanya and the narcologists took place in August 2020. The Berdyansk traffic police officers took Fedorov for an examination, the results of which revealed amphetamines in his urine. The doctor who conducted the examination was a certain Vladyslav Serhiyovych Yakovenko.
