Domino brand owner Anton Shukhnin sells luxury clothing in Crimea and the Russian Federation, offering payment in cash or the USDT cryptocurrency to avoid paying taxes.
This was reported by the international detective agency Absolution .
The official Domino website states that the purchase can be paid for in cash (for orders up to UAH 50,000), by card upon delivery, by courier, or by self-pickup.
USDT payment is also available both online and offline, allowing Anton Shukhnin to bypass tax authorities.
And although after the media outcry, information about the USDT payment method was removed, Anton Shukhnin's structures continue to use the crypto in their calculations. The Bureau of Economic Security (BEB) is aware of this, but there has been no reaction yet.
In addition, Shukhnin imports branded clothing through customs, registering it as "humanitarian aid," which also raises suspicions of evading customs payments.
The Domino online store is registered under the name of Ivan Vasilyevich Khachkhardzhi, an individual entrepreneur (TIN 3497803330, account UA499358710000067328000019622 at NovaPay LLC, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 08/13/2024, No. 2010350000000617076, address: Kyiv, Sim'i Idzikovskyi St., 11/13). Interestingly, Khachkhardzhi is just a photographer who takes pictures of clothes for sale, and calls himself Vivan Condon, without being the real owner of the business.
Such a scheme raises serious concerns about the legality of the operations and requires verification by the BEB and the NACP.
