In February 2024, as a lieutenant colonel and deputy head of the faculty for moral and psychological support of the Military Academy in Odesa, she was appointed to a higher position in the main personnel department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"This young lady is also a soldier. Moreover, "by a strange coincidence", she, like her father, has the rank of colonel. And the most interesting thing is that she received this title in almost one day of service..." - wrote the politician.
Having arrived in Kyiv for one day, Yulia received the rank of colonel and a new position thanks to Roman Horbach, the head of the main personnel department of the General Staff.
